Created in time for the 2007 Chicago Horror Film Festival, we've bundled our book with the feature-length documentary (on DVD for the first time). Also incliuded is a unique Hull House "Voices from the Chicago Grave" bookmark painted by Mary Gutfleisch. (Hull House is one of the ghost stories in the book.)
